Appearance: Colorless cubic crystal, white or grayish white, with granular, honeycomb block, spherical, irregular granular, or powdered shapes.

Nature: Slightly toxic, odorless, and slightly bitter in taste. Extremely hygroscopic and prone to deliquescence when exposed to air. Calcium chloride has the characteristics of heat release, low freezing point of aqueous solution, strong moisture absorption, poor corrosion to metals, and accelerating the coagulation of organic polymer substances.

Main purpose:

(1) Snow removal and deicing of roads, highways, parking lots, and docks;

(2) Petroleum drilling, drilling fluid, completion fluid, and petrochemical dehydration agent;
